Considerations on the Production of High Precision Plastic Consumables for Diagnostics - a CDMO Perspective

Webinar abstract:

The accuracy and high-volume replicability of plastic diagnostic consumables are crucial for the final detection of diseases.

What needs to be considered when manufacturing a thin-wall PCR Plate or complex multi-component cartridges for molecular diagnostics applications? How does a final assembly production of Point-of-Care tests look like? This webinar offers exemplary insights into production challenges and solutions from a CDMO perspective, incorporating the actual topic of consumables for the COVID-19-detection.

Take a look at this webinar to learn more about the production and assembly of diagnostic consumables from a CDMO perspective.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Production challenges on diagnostic laboratory and POC consumables
  • Exemplary development and production solutions from a CDMO perspective
  • SG Balda Injection Molding and assembly capabilities for diagnostic consumables
