We are daily committed to embedding in our strategic plan corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy. We embrace social and environmental challenges and see them as an opportunity to grow and make a difference, supported by our employees, communities, customers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
In 2022, we voluntarily elected to provide a complete, transparent non-financial reporting to our stakeholders and investors. Based on a materiality analysis and an assessment process involving internal and external stakeholders, we focused on 14 key topics across five areas material to our business. Our goal is to align corporate culture and operations with Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) elements, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.

Reducing our environmental impact
We put health, safety and environmental management at the heart of our business processes. In particular, we focus on optimizing energy use and efficiency, improving water management systems, and reducing waste and emissions wherever we operate.
To further reduce our environmental impact, we implement best practices at all of our production sites, invest in the latest eco-friendly materials and sustainable solutions, and promote awareness and responsibility among all employees.

In 2022, our suppliers adhered to our Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with existing laws and company values and respect for the environment and human rights. By teaming up, we secure a fair and impartial system founded on the highest level of accountability.
