This website is run by Stevanato Group S.p.a. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. This accessibility statement applies to https://www.stevanatogroup.com

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the EN 301 549 “Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services”, the European Standard, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard.

Non-Compliance with the Accessibility Regulations

The contents listed below are not accessible because they are in breach of Italian Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004 (known as the "Stanca Act"), which establishes requirements for accessibility.

  • 9.1.1.1 - Non-text Content: Iframe/frame elements lack an alternative text name (e.g., title attribute) necessary to identify their purpose. Images without alternative text don't provide a textual equivalent.
  • 9.1.3.1 - Info and Relationships: Tables without readable headers or data-header associations prevent understanding.
  • 9.1.4.12 - Text Spacing: The style does not allow custom text spacing settings to be respected.
  • 9.1.4.3 - Contrast (Minimum): Text does not meet the minimum required contrast ratio of 4.5:1.
  • 9.2.1.1 - Keyboard: Scrollable content not accessible by keyboard hinders navigation.
  • 9.2.1.2 - No Keyboard Trap: Hidden but focusable elements interfere with keyboard navigation.
  • 9.2.4.1 - Bypass Blocks: Lack of correct ARIA landmarks prevents direct skipping to main content.
  • 9.2.4.2 - Page Titled: Lack of a main heading (<h1>) reduces the page's hierarchical clarity.
  • 9.2.4.4 - Link Purpose (In Context): Links without text or a comprehensible alternative make it impossible to understand the destination.
  • 9.2.4.6 - Headings and Labels: Inconsistent heading structure or lack of text reduces page comprehensibility.
  • 9.3.3.2 - Labels or Instructions: Form fields without a label, instructions, or submit buttons make completion and submission difficult.
  • 9.4.1.1 - Parsing: Duplicate ID attributes violate correct parsing requirements, creating structural ambiguities.
  • 9.4.1.2 - Name, Role, Value: Some elements do not correctly expose their name, role, or value to the ARIA accessibility label, causing compatibility issues with assistive technologies.
