SAM36 ampoule machine is a vertical rotating machine with high productive capacity and precision. Thanks to its being compact and to its limited size it can be installed in small spaces.

The machine moves continuously; the 36 upper chuck and the 36 lower chucks, always aligned and synchronized, move in clockwise direction, while a sequence of operations of heating and forming are performed on the glass tube.
At the end of a complete turn of the machine an ampoule is formed and it can be discharged on the afterforming line, where it is possible to carry out on the ampoules further forming operations.

Both upper and lower chucks, equipped with grippers which ensure a tight glass tubing gripping, are self-centering and don't require any job-change adjustment.

The machine has been designed to keep all bearings away from heat, thus increasing the reliability of the entire system.

The machine is equipped with easily adjustable rails for bottom and neck forming. External controls protect operators from hazards, when setting the machine.

All parts of SAM36 have been designed and built so as to ensure long life and easy maintenance.
