Technical & Technologic solutions:

The mechanical and electric solutions installed on the forming machines are studied to reach the maximum precision and performances on the production of the glass containers.

In particular, all the devices that perform the shape of the melted glass are installed and carefully checked to guarantee the dimensional tolerances of the vials, syringes , cartridges  and ampoules.

The close collaboration on the development of new machines and new devices with the sister company Nuova Ompi has created a continuous exchange of information about the process and a continuous feedback about the best solutions to install on the machines.

The components installed on the forming machines and conveyor lines has been chosen to avoid contamination of the containers.

Process:

The process is complete automatic, from the tube loading until the automatic packing

On line are installed dimensional and cosmetic camera inspection to allow a complete control of the glass containers

All the data about the production efficiencies can be collected on electronic files.
