The PL/PWL.60 inspection machines are designed to overcome in a simple, effective manner, problems associated with inspection of vials, ampoules, cartridges and syringes containing injectable liquids, powder or freeze dried products.

Mechanically, transport speed exceeds 6.000 pcs/hour, but a speed of 3.600/4.000 pcs/hour is advised for a consistent and efficient inspection.

The operator performs inspection under optimized conditions of lighting, safe handling and comfort. Generally manual inspection does not allow detailed visualization of various inspection zones without seriously penalizing production rates.

Operator's training is very simple, illumination well planned, and glare-free to allow a high level of visibility and accurate inspection. Size change is also very simple and takes a few minutes.

Skilled personnel is not required.

Insertion of stations with automatic camera control is also possible.

These stations permit to perform some cosmetic controls with camera system, leaving the operator visual control dedicated to the products check, in this manner the output can be consistently increased.

Feeding system and exit can be customized to customer's lay-out and kind of product to be checked, several options are available, in line, at 90°, ecc...
